    Charles, the problem is on our side.
    I knwo exactly what it is.

    Bryan informed you well.

    In the queue manager the Sys. Admin. set a limit on the
    maximal resources one can use.

    Right now the max is 48 Hours 30 procs.

    I just changed it to 144 hours, 6 days. This is effective
    right now. Let me know if you need more.
