Hi all,
I don't want to say something wrong, but I think it is better to download
the source "NAMD_2.5_Source.tar.gz" and compile it. It is not too
difficult. I don't know whether the binaries use the gm-libraries for the
communication. So it is better to compile the source linking to the
installed myrinet-libraries. It would be a pity if the communication goes
through the gigabit instead of the more powerfull myrinet.
