Hi,

You can try using HyperChem which is available for Windows. It has 30 days
evaluation period. You can download it from the below address:

I prepare novel compounds and large protein structures using this tool.
However, the PDB files that I generate need some modifications. If you have
not experienced, I suggest you using TextPad 4.72 which is a quite powerful
text editor for Windows. This program sometimes reminds you to buy a
lisence. Here it's address:

Hi,
I know the programs MOE and SPARTAN will allow you to generate structures,
and save them as a pdb. You can energy minimize, too. Neither is free,
however.
