Dear namd users,
We are about to by a 20 node Dual Opteron 242 cluster. Is
there any advantage for installing a 64 bits instead of a
32 bits linux for running namd? Does anyone has any
experience on that? Is there some speed improvement for any
reason, or there could be? Are there any complications
related to installing clustermatic over a 64 bits system?
