Hi, Cheri,
Thank you for your reply. I uncompressed the .jar file and tried to use it
as you said in your email. But it retured a error massege as follows.
How to fix this problem?
[root_at_tesla]# java -jar ubq_wb_eq.log
java: Command not found.
[root_at_tesla]# ls
NAMD_parser$1.class NAMD_parser$8.class
NAMD_parser$2.class NAMD_parser.class
NAMD_parser$3.class NAMD_parser$DataGraph.class
NAMD_parser$4.class NAMD_parser$FilterCSV.class
