how to disable NTER and CTER patches?

Hi! I'm trying to generate psf for my structure that contains hemes. It seems
that psfgen is trying to apply nter and pter patches to hemes by default and
as a result zero coordinates are generated in the begining of segments for
hemes in pdb file. How can I disable that? I tried writing NTER none and CTER
none in my pgn file, but psfgen says that it doesn't recognize command for
nter and cter. Is there any way to do that?
