There is no binary of NAMD 2.5 distributed for Clustermatic 4.0.
But you can compile NAMD from source. It should run, I had solved the
compatibility problems.
However, as far as I know, the smp version of NAMD still has
compatibility problem. (smp version is using multithreading and running
one NAMD process for each node while runing multiple threads on each
processor of the node)
The smp version on Scyld was slightly faster than the non-smp version, so
we are still trying to make it work.
