I am trying to compile NAMD on a Mac G5 running under OSX 10.2.6. I am
getting the following errors:

"/Volumes/data/charm/net-ppc-darwin-xlc/include/lbdb.h", line 348.13:
1540-0704 (S) The definitions of "void LDOMHandle::pup(PUP::er &)" and "void
_LDObjid::pup(PUP::er &)" have the same linkage signature "pup".

"/Volumes/data/charm/net-ppc-darwin-xlc/include/lbdb.h", line 364.13:
1540-0704 (S) The definitions of "void LDObjHandle::pup(PUP::er &)" and
"void _LDObjid::pup(PUP::er &)" have the same linkage signature "pup".

"/Volumes/data/charm/net-ppc-darwin-xlc/include/lbdb.h", line 378.13:

"void _LDObjid::pup(PUP::er &)" have the same linkage signature "pup".

Charm++ compiled without a problem.

Also, were do Tcl and FFTW need to be installed? Does NAMD "look" for these
during compilation?

Thanks,

Ken
