Hi John,
Can you use vmd to display hbonds btw two separetly loaded molecules (ligand
and receptor). If so how can this be done without combining the files and
loading them. Can VMD through the tckon shell be used to create an hbond list
between two separetly loaded molecules (ligand and receptor). Thanks for
your anwser in advance
