Compiling NAMD on IA64 cluter

Dear all:
  Has anybody compiled NAMD on cluster like below?
I updated charm to Charm.tar to 5.8 vesion,and building Charm++ with command lines like the one mentioned before. But failed in building Charm++ sucessfully.It seemed that it was due to some linking errors (with the shared library) caused by inadequate options.

Itanium 2 Madison CPU; GM
Myrinet 2000
Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 2.1 LTU
mpi for parallelling jobs
