Hi everyone
I am trying to run an equilibration simulation in a system of a few protein molecules in a water box. However, each time
I start the simulation appears inmediatelya message indicating that a "segmentation violation has occured".
Error: Segmentation violation
: try running with '++debug'or '-memory paranoid'
However, I don't know what this suggestions could mean. Does anyone have an idea of waht can I do to avoid this error
or why it is happening?
