installing on beowulf cluster

Hi Jerry, Brian and others,
I sent all your comments to my computer administrator. It looks like
we are getting there but he still has a few questions below...

 
According to NAMD notes, all I have to do is to
extract NAMD binaries to a folder and that's it! I did that on the test
environment and it worked fine.

Question is, does the same setup apply for the clustermatic?

Also, could you find out if I'll need to distribute NAMD on all the
nodes or only the I/O node or only the login node? i.e. in which node
should I install clustermatic out of the 90 nodes?
