problem with flipbinpdb

Dear sir,
  When I set "restartfreq" in *.conf file, I get the binary file for coordinates.
I see in the useguide that flipbinpdb can change binary to ASCII pdb file.
However, when I try "flipbinpdb *.coor", it can't work. Could you please tell me
the reason?
