I apologize if you don't need this e-mail, but those thinking of taking
the Chicago-Style Lindy Hop workshop will want to read this.
First, remember that the Virtues are playing at CRU on Saturday the
17th. Cover is $5. Lesson at 8:30, the Virtues at 9:15. Limited space.
You don't want to miss this.
Now, as for the Lindy workshop, I think that I overstated it before.
Many people have said that they want to do the workshop, but they were
worried that they weren't up to the level. I apologize for scaring
anyone. Basically, if you've completed a beggining Lindy Hop course, you
can take the workshop. Part of the first seesion will be a Swing-out
review, not teaching it, but going over it again. The afternoon will be
more advanced. Anyone who knows the basic Lindy stuff will greatly
benefit from it.
Lastly, I will be at Legends on Tuesday night. If you want to bring a
check and give it to me there, that would be fine.
