Notes:
1) At the end of 3, before 1, the body is aligned to 1/8 of a
turn away from LOD. As 1 is taken, the hips rotate the body
to LOD so the step can be taken down LOD. (OK OK, actually,
the person backing up rotates slightly more, and hence does
not step quite on the line, but it's close)
2) when crossing the feet on count 3 of the forward half of
the reverse turn, place the back of your left knee against
the front of your right knee (cross your knees, not your ankles)
3) there is almost no rise and fall on reverse turn or closed change.
there is rise and fall on natural turn.
