There is almost no weight on the HEEL (back part) of the foot.
3) There should be no space between the thighs on the rock step
(counts 2 3 of the basic, hand to hand, etc).
4) To learn the 4&1 action that "locks", do this:
rock forward on left
rock back on right
then move, with small steps,
diagonally back left
lock in front right
diagonally back left
rock back right
rock forward left
then move with small steps
diagonally forward right
lock behind left
diagonally forward right
repeat from beginning
