In the old days, whenever the DI had extra money in its coffers, it would
subsidize members to attend dance events like the BYU camp, USABDA dance
festivals, nearby workshops, comps, etc. Why go to one of these events?
Because you'll learn something, meet new people and have a lot of fun.

As I understand it the DI coffers are overflowing. Since the summer budget
is being put together as you read this, members with buget suggestions
should let the club officers know how you'd like to see your money spent.
In addition to the BYU and USABDA dance camps, there are plenty of one day
or weekend workshops within driving distance this summer... places like
Indy, Chicago, St. Louis, etc. Give them a try.
