A couple of questions:

1) This thursday night, 7/17 ?

2) The turnout for meetings like this has historically been small.
The implications of the changes being discussed are great.
The DI membership ought to be told how and why you "are looking
to change the format of" ... "one of the most popular collegiate
dance competitions in the upper Midwest."
The DI members need at least a day to read and digest the
proposal, and to prepare their questions and positions.
This mailing list exists for open discussion of club matters.

So, would you please post your proposal to this mailing list,
and would you then encourage its discussion on this list?

Thanks,

Mark
