The Tango Society of Central Illinois is hosting a milonga this Friday
April 28 at the Phillips Recreation Center, 505 W Stoughton, Urbana.
The milonga is from 9:30 PM - 1 AM. Admission is $5.
There is a pre-milonga lesson at 8 PM: "Introduction to Tango & its
Musicality". This is an introduction to tango in close embrace, as it
is danced in the night clubs of Buenos Aires. Musicality and basic
navigational skills will be emphasized.
If you have been interested in tango, this is a good opportunity to
meet people and learn a very popular dance in a friendly environment.
