Hi, everyone! There are 2 swing dance events this week for those of you
interested and don't already know about them.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 15 (this Friday): Bruiser & the Virtues are playing at the
Illini Union in Rooms B&C. There are swing
lessons at 8pm & the band begins at 9pm.
The cost is $3 and it's all ages.
EVERY THURSDAY: Swing dancing at McKinley Foundation (5th & Daniel) on the
2nd floor; free & all ages; it starts at about 9:30pm
If you're interested in other swing events, then I suggest you visit their
website and contact the Swing Society secretary to be put on the e-mail
list. This will keep you informed of any swing dancing events sponsered by
their club.
