Continue using the tutorial

Next: Basics of NAMD Up: Introduction Previous: First time

If you logged out, and want to continue the tutorial, type in the terminal:

tbss cd /tbbss.work/namd-tutorial-files

This will place you in the directory containing all the necessary files.
