Converting a mixture system from NAMD to LAMMPS

Dear NAMD users,

I have a mixture system which uses multiple .prm and .str files. I intend to run some calculations on LAMMPS and would like to convert this system so I can get a LAMMPS data file. I have checked the charmm2lammps.pl script, but found that the script takes in a single topology and parameter file as its argument. I would assume that a copy and paste should fix this, but then I am not sure of the format being preserved. Please is there a better way this can be handled?
