Hi

I think I found out why I got that error. I switched off the extrabond
section on my input file and it ran for 20,000 timesteps of minimization
and 300 timesteps of TI. Here is what my extrabond file looks like

Nevertheless, it crashes after 300 timesteps of TI, saying
