Dear NAMD user community,
I would like to analyze my NAMD trajectory in Curves+ program
(https://bisi.ibcp.fr/tools/curves_plus/).
Curves+ is working with input files in only in AMBER format.
Is there any possibility to convert files provided by NAMD (topology .psf
and trajectory .dcd) into AMBER format?
