Hi Michelle,

2.12 dropped support for Fermi's, which the M2090 is a member of. See the bottom of http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/2.12/features.html. That is why it whines about them being of compute capability < 3.0. Tesla Kxx are kepler cards, which will work just fine.

AFAIK, named 2.12 supports GPU's with compute capability of 2.0 (i.e. M2090's)?
This runs fine on the node with K90's.
Suggestions for fixes will be (greatly) appreciated (note that specifying "+devices all" does not help).
