Have you tried just starting it again? It seems that something was/is wrong with the GPU. If the error persists try to update the nvidia driver and report back please.

Hi,

I am a starter in this stuff, I´ve been trying to minimize a protein, but in the process an error appears:

FATAL ERROR: CUDA error in cuda_check_remote_progress on Pe 0 (localhost.localdomain): the launch timed out and was terminated.

I searched the error in some forums but I don´t know if it´s about the script parameters or the error is in the computer.
