Regarding radial distribution function graph

Dear namd user's
  
    Is it possible for a same pair of atom in different structures to show different starting point in radial distribution function graph. For example in my case i have three different systems{hyaluronan, heparan(non-sulfated structure), heparin(non-sulfated structure)} and i plotted the radial distribution function graph between Nitrogen present in the structure and Oxygen present in water medium used for simulation. After plotting graph i found that all system showing different starting point in graph for same pair of atom (between N-O). Please go through the attachment for graph.Please reply ASAP.
