dynamic_cast & runtime type information

Dear all,

I'm compiling NAMD 2.11 on a Intel machine using Intel compiler and got
the error bellow when doing make (CHARMM part) :

    error: this dynamic_cast cannot be done without runtime type
    information, which is disable

Here is how I build CHARMM :

    MPICC=mpiicc MPICXX=mpiicc CXX=icpc ./build charm++
    mpi-linux-x86_64 smp icc --with-production -j4 --no-shared \
         --basedir=/path/to/intel/impi/5.0.1.035/intel64 \
    -O3 -xhost -openmp\
    -DCMK_OPTIMIZE

Would you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?
