problem with cuda version

Dear expert

I want run cuda version of namd2 on my pc ( 4 cpu and GF86 nvidea). When I
run this command :

"charmrun /usr/local/bin/namd2 ++local ++p 4 ++no-va-randomization
+idlepoll ubq_wb_eq.conf "

I find this error:

Fatal error on PE 1> FATAL ERROR: All CUDA devices are in prohibited mode.

What is my problem?
