Hi all,
I am running namd in parallel cpu by the command:
./charmrun ++local +p2 ./namd2 <filename>.
But if there are other jobs in the machine, my job gets slower.
Can anyone help me to know if there was any special command by which
my job is running fast even there are other jobs too. Thank you very
much.
