Thanks a lot for you guy's help. In setting my system variables I had not included the "C:\". Now it works fine.

You're most likely not in the right folder. If you want to just say namd2.exe, then you should be in the same folder as the executable within command. Alternatively, it should be something like C:\your folder\namd2.exe.

Dear All,

I bought a computer with 64 bit windows 2007 for running NAMD. But, I could not run NAMD. It says "namd2 is not recognized as internal or external command...". I have included NAMD in the system variables too. Does anyone know the solution?. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
