Hi,
I am running thermodynamic integration calculations with NAMD2.7b1 and
see that in the manual it says the above analysis script should be
found at
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/utilities/
I can't find it nor is it in the namd-l. Could someone please send a
copy or put it on the web?
