compile NAMD with TCP and SMP

Hi All,

         I have compiled the NAMD source code with MPI library. In the
note.txt file, I have seen that parallel scaling can be improved by TCP and
SMP. So, I need your suggestions, how to compile the parallel NAMD with TCP
and SMP.
