Dear all,
I tried add patches of neutral lysine LSN, which is the name for this patch
in topology file. But when I use vmd 1.8.6 automatic psf Builder to do this,
everytime it says: unknown path type LSN. Is it a bug or does anybody has
some suggestions? Thank you.
