Hello,
I want to use TMD. In the UG, it says "[image: $ RMS^*(t)$] evolves
linearly from the initial RMSD at the first TMD step to the final RMSD at
the last TMD step". Could anyone explain me what it means if I want to move
one ion across a membrane? I know RMS(t) depends on the instaneous position
of ion from the target position. But how does RMS*(t) evolve?
