Pressure fluctuations

Hello,
I am running a NPT simulation and usingNosé-Hoover Langevin piston .
And my cell basiis vectors and the cocntant pressure control parameters
in my conf file are as follows:

I noticed that the PressAvg values fluctuates between negative and
positive values. (some part of the log file attached below). Does anyone
have an idea about the reason for this fluctuation and what can be done
to avoid this fluctuation.
