apply periodic boundary condition in one direction

Dear all

I want to know, is it possible to apply the periodic boundary condition just
in Z direction
I used the way as below

0 0 0
0 0 0
0 0 20

for X, Y and Z respectively. but the simulation cause to error in config
file.
all concern appreciated in advance.
