generation of non-standart charmm topology

Hi,

Could enybody give an advice how to generate the charmm topoly for non-standart recidue ?

I tryed unseccessfuly to find conversion tools from e.g. gromac, because the topology file can be gerated with PRODRG2 server.

Any advices wellcome.
