I upgraded my linux box from kernel 2.6.7 to 2.6.11 and i'm now
getting a segmentation fault when i execute namd2 (bot 2.5 and 2.6b1).
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this upgrade because I
haven't ran anything locally for some time, but how can I start
troubleshooting this?
