FFTW libraries and source code in this directory are
distributed under the GNU General Public License.
Tcl is distributed under its own open source license.
As of NAMD 2.6b1, the plugins tree has been folded into the
NAMD source distribution, so those libraries are not needed.
The -redhat7 versions of the libraries are for ancient Linux
systems (basically pre-RH9) using an old ABI format.
tcl8.3.3-hacked.tar.gz is modified to remove system calls that
are not available on the compute nodes of the CRAY XT3. The
compiled libraries for the XT3 (tcl-crayxt3.tar.gz) and for
the IBM BG/L (tcl-bluegene.tar.gz) are based on this source
code and should work.
The FFTW libraries for the XT3 and BG/L were copied from PSC
and SDSC, respectively.
