Hey everyone,

1997 is the 10th year for the Chicagoland Country & Swing Dance Festival,
which promises to be bigger and better than ever! Imagine 1000 social
dancers, competitors and instructors all in one place for a 3-day dance
party!

For only $5/hour, you can pick from 100+ dance workshops in Waltz, East
Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Cha cha, Nightclub 2-step, Country 2-step,
Hustle, spin & turn technique, lead & follow technique, cuban motion
technique, etc, etc.

The evening dances are beyond belief! Plus, buy a day or weekend pass and
you can witness the thrilling Masters and Showcase division competition,
close-up and in-person!

A group of DI members have attended this incredible dance event for the
past 4 years. Ravi has a copy of the brochure and detailed, daily dance
workshop schedules. See him for copies, or download an Adobe version using
the URL's below.

The Chicagoland Country & Swing Dance Festival is held August 22-24,
1997 at the Holiday Inn O'Hare, in Rosemont, Illinois. The Chicagoland
is a fully sanctioned UCWDC World Championship Qualifying Event and
attracts some of the country's hottest competitors including the
dazzling Masters and Champions divisions. The 1997 Chicagoland will
also feature a hoppin' Swing room and exciting Swing dance competition
in addition to a full slate of couples competitions.

With over 100 dance workshops from the best instructors across America
and Canada, the '97 Chicagoland offers one of the most suprising
