Hi all,
The Dancing Illini will be having our first dance of the summer.
Come join us from 7-8 pm for a lesson in Brazilian Samba and Lambada
taught by Ronaldo Ichiyma. Then afterwards, get a chance to practice your
new moves in our Latin and Nightclub dance from 8-10 pm. Music will be
suitable for Cha Cha, Samba, Mambo, Salsa, Merengue, Rumba, Swing, West
Coast Swing, Hustle, and Nightclub 2-step.
All the festivities are free and will take place in the Drama
Rehersal Room in the Krannert Center (where the classes are this week).
Please note that in Krannert, we can not provide any refreshments beyond
the water fountain in the hall. Feel free to bring your own water bottles
and snacks; then afterwards we can all head over to Delights and Espresso
Royal.
