We had the May Dancing Illini May meeting & elections tonight. Here are
the results for those of you who were busy studying:
Meeting notes:
Budget votes: we allocated:
$500 for steel cabinet & locks,
$305 for next shirt order,
$50 for DI business cards
advance of $250 for 6 new technique videos.
Bylaws vote:
"video inventory" removed from Bylaws, in favor of
a separate list already on the Web page.
Announced:
DI summer class schedule flyers are now available - it will also be
emailed out on Friday.
May calendars are now available.
SORF summer request submitted ($1000), subcommittee meeting attended
9 new videos ordered, 4 arrived, waiting for remaining ones
Working on plan for Latin & Nightclub dance workshops, Sat, June 29
We now have 104 people on the "official" list!
