Dear Dancers and Future Dancers,
The Dancing Illini is kicking off the year with four beginner courses:
Swing/Waltz, Salsa/Two-Step, Tango/Cha-Cha and Pure Salsa. For those
with experience, we have Salsa 2 & Rueda. You don't need a partner and
all classes except beginner salsa are FREE the first week, so come to
the McKinley Foundation Church Aug 28 & 31 and give it a try!
New this year: Friday ballroom and salsa dances starting Sept 15!

Where: Basement of McKinley Church (5th & John, SW corner)
When: Mondays and Thursdays
How long: 6 weeks
Beginning: Mon Aug 28 and Thu Aug 31
Ending: Mon Oct 2 and Thu Oct 5

Mondays 7:00-8:15pm
taught by Mike & Victoria, no experience required, try it free
Salsa & Nightclub Two-Step 1
Mondays 8:45-10:00pm
taught by Tanja & Leo, no experience required, pay before class
Tango & Cha-Cha 1
Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm
taught by Vadas & Victoria, no experience required, try it free
Salsa 1
Thursdays 8:30-9:45pm
taught by Leo & Erica, no experience required, pay before class
Salsa 2 & Rueda
Thursdays 10-11:15pm
taught by Ji, Salsa experience required, try it free
Pricing:
There is no need to pre-register. You may try classes other than
beginner salsa for FREE during the first week. (We need to avoid
overcrowding during the first week of the beginner salsa courses.)
Your $30 membership (or $35 registration if non-UIUC) entitles you
to one course. Additional courses in the same semester are $20.
Prices are per person; there is no couples discount. Please be
prepared to pay by the start of the second class.
EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL: Save $5 on membership if you pay the first week!
