This Saturday Nov 8 Fred & Yermen Romero, professional tango instructors from
Chicago, are continuing their monthly visits to Champaign-Urbana to provide
their high level of tango expertise in workshops at the Phillips Recreation
Center (505 West Stoughton, Urbana).
The workshop schedule and topics for this visit are:
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Giros - I
- Structure of giros, leaders and followers technique, basic giro patterns
6:45 - 8:15 PM: Giros - 2
- Giros with embellishments, improvisation in giros
Cost: $20 ($15 for students) for 1 workshop, $35 ($25 for students) for 2
