The Tango Society of Central is hosting its next milonga at the Phillips
Recreation Center this Saturday May 3 from 9-12 PM. Admission is $5. For some
people, this will be their last milonga before graduating and leaving town,
so come and dance with them one more time and wish them well as they continue
to tango into the future.
Prior to the milonga, starting at 7:30 PM, Ron and Susana are giving a lesson
entitled 'Introduction to Milonguero Style Tango'. This is a fun rhythmic
style of tango that plays with the rhythm. This lesson will focus on how to
adapt basic tango steps to the rhythm of milonguero tango music.
Admission to the lesson is $7 and includes admission to the milonga.
Come and join us for a musical program consisting of the great tango
orchestras performing a wide variety of music. Mingle with old friends and
make new friends.
