Rotate the current scene continually at a specified rate.
- off: Stops rocking.
- < x | y | z > by step: Rock around
the given axis at a rate of step degrees per redraw.
- < x | y | z > by step n:
Rock around the given axis at a rate of step degrees per redraw for
n steps, reverse, and repeat.
