There are some useful routines which have not yet been written or are not available as straight Tcl code. They include: the generation of a scaling matrix (this hasn't been done because molecules don't change size) and the computation of a matrix's determinant, inverse, and eigenvalues and eigenvectors. The last ones are available using the measure command.
