Hi all,

I am using the CUDA accelerated version of NAMD and am trying to figure out exactly what functions or calls are made individually to the CPU and the GPU. Can someone tell me what the specific roles for the CPU and GPU are? And what do they execute?

Also, does increasing CPU cores (keeping GPU same number) increase the performance?
