Dear Namd users I am keeping assembly of cyclic peptide above lipid bi layer and doing the simulation of insertion of cyclic peptide in to membrane . In My case May i follow the usual procedure of namd protein- Membrane tutorial such that 1) melting of lipids, 2) protein constrained simulation 3) protein released simulation 4) final production run otherwise do i need little bit different procedure .
